The House in Amalfi

The House in Amalfi By Elizabeth Adler

What a likeable main character! The story is good, as are the little funny stories within the main story. Very nice read, nothing earthshattering but that's okay!

Fahrenheit 451

Fahrenheit 451
By Ray Bradbury

Well, the book gets a 10/10. Brilliantly done. The extra parts- 9/10. It messed up the book! Example- The fire chief having books in his house? That defeats the purpose of having Guy plant the book in his house and call in the tip! Why were the extras even included?

Seven for a Secret

Seven for a Secret

Definitely some twists and turns here that no one could have seen coming! You knew that certain people were going to be involved in horrible events, but you didn't know to what extent and you didn't know other people who would be involved. And the secrets that you never see coming, those are great! I like not figuring out the end of a book 50 pages into it, it's refreshing.

George and Laura

George and Laura: Portrait of an American Marriage
By Christopher Anderson

Nice to read about a 'celebrity' marriage (or a sort of celebrity marriage) where the main characters get along and genuinely like and love each other. I love them constantly telling people that their spouse is the strong one, it's so adorable in a way and so powerful in another. I think I would like these two if I ever had the chance to meet them in real life (not that I will, but hypothetically you know!)
